The Olympiad has been organized jointly by Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore University of Management Sciences and Islamic World Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization.

Pakistan Mathematics Olympiad, a mathematical competition, under the auspices of Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education will be held on Sunday.

The Olympiad has been organized jointly by Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore University of Management Sciences and Islamic World Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization.

The aim of the Olympiad is to foster mathematical talent in students across Pakistan and abroad. 

It is further aimed at enhancing mathematical abilities while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills of students of secondary and higher secondary or equivalent level.

So far, over 7,500 students from diverse regions of Pakistan and abroad have been enrolled in the competition for which sixty-nine examination centers have been established, including three overseas centers.
