Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Barjees Tahir says economically strong and self-reliant Pakistan is vital for strong defence of the country.

In a statement issued on Sunday, he said the PML-N government has initiated several mega projects to boost economic activities in the country.

He urged all politicians to play their due role in strengthening democratic system in the country.

He said the government will complete its constitutional term.
