Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq says India is hatching conspiracies to spread chaos by manipulating youth through its fifth generation warfare tactics.
He expressed these views while addressing the passing out parade ceremony of the 60th Recruit Course of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Police in the Muzaffarabad.
He praised the Police for maintaining law and order and announced a grant of one billion rupees to enhance their professional capacity.
Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq lauded the police for their restraint during past protests and highlighted the need for further reforms.
He also condemned human rights violations in Indian Illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, warning India of consequences if atrocities continued.
He reaffirmed his commitment to use government resources for public welfare.
