Two senior Pakistani police officers have been awarded prestigious international certificate in Police Innovation and Leadership Diploma.       

SSP Kamran Ali and Umer Farooq achieved the awards during a diploma program conducted in collaboration between Dubai Police and the Rochester Institute of Technology.
