Saudi Information Minister Dr. Awwad Saleh al-Awwad arrived in Islamabad on Friday on a visit to Pakistan.

He was received by Information Minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain.

They discussed issues of mutual interest. 

Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said Pakistan and Saudi Arabia share the bond of religion and brotherhood.

Saudi Information Minister said Pak-Saudi relations will be improved in collaboration with the new government.

The Saudi Minister will also call on Prime Minister Imran Khan later today.

The visit aims at finding new avenues of cooperation.
