Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa has thanked the Nation for reaching out to families of martyrs on the occasion of Defense and Martyrs Day.

The Army Chief said martyrs are our pride and their families our responsibility.

In a tweet, DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor also thanked the media for unprecedented coverage of Defense and Martyrs Day especially concurrent repeat telecast by the electronic media.
