Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs, Qaiser Ahmed Shaikh, has invited Chinese companies to invest in maritime sector of Pakistan.  

He was talking to a high-level Chinese delegation that called on him in Islamabad.

The Minister expressed the importance of expanding bilateral collaboration between Pakistan and China to the maritime sector, which holds immense potential for mutual growth.

He also acknowledged China's pivotal role in Pakistan's development, emphasizing the transformational impact of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor on infrastructure, energy, and industrial cooperation.
