In Ukraine, more than 60 people are feared dead after a Russian bomb hit a school in eastern Ukraine region of Luhansk.

The governor of Luhansk province Serhiy Haidai wrote on the Telegram messaging app that  the school in the village of Bilohorivka caught fire after the blast and all 60 people who remain under the rubble are now dead.
