In Mali, at least seventeen people, including five hunters, have been killed in two terrorist attacks in Bandiagara region.

In a statement, the region's governor said the first attack took place in the village of Bodio leaving fifteen dead including three hunters while in another attack a motorbike carrying two hunters hit a mine near the village.
