Australian High Commissioner Neil Hawkins called on Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi.

Bilateral relations, historical archeological site of Bhambore in Sindh, protection of Indus delta, growth of marine life and other issues were discussed during the meeting.

The Chief Minister informed the High Commissioner that construction of houses for flood affectees is underway in an accelerated way.

He said under the solarization programme of the provincial government, solar systems are being provided to poor and deserving households in the province.
