Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while cold in hilly areas during the next twelve hours.

However, partly cloudy weather with light rain and light snowfall over high mountains is likely in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Smog is likely to persist in most areas of Punjab, while fog in patches at isolated plain areas during morning hours.

According to weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy and cold weather is expected in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramula, while partly cloudy weather with chances of rain with thunderstorm in Leh and dry weather is expected in Jammu.
