Pakistan and Iran have expressed satisfaction over existing collaboration aimed at extensive cooperation in areas of common interest.
The satisfaction was expressed during a meeting between Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif and Iranian Deputy Minister for Defense Brig General Hojjatollah Qoreishi in Islamabad today.
On this occasion, Khawaja Muhammad Asif said both countries enjoyed cordial and fraternal ties, nourished by centuries-old religious and cultural affinities.
He said Pakistan is grateful for Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei’s strong and unwavering support for the just struggle of people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
