President Arif Alvi has said it is our duty to make disabled persons an active part of the society.

Addressing a ceremony of special persons in Islamabad on Thursday, he appreciated the welfare organizations for playing an active role for the welfare of disables.

The President said disables should be uplifted through skill development programs.

He also emphasized to create employment opportunities for persons with disabilities on a priority basis.
