The three-day 42nd summit of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) started in the Indonesian island of Flores on Tuesday. 

Leaders from 10-country-bloc, alongside their foreign affairs, trade and national security ministers are attending a wide range of meetings.
