Batting first, West Indies scored 305 for the loss of eight wickets in stipulated fifty overs.
Pakistan achieved the victory target of 306 for the loss of five wickets in last over with four balls remaining.
Pakistani skipper Babar Azam became the first batter to knock three successive one-day international hundreds twice.
He cracked a brilliant 103 runs with nine boundaries.
The second One-Day International of three-match series will be played in Multan tomorrow (Friday).
The match will start at 4:00 pm.
