AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan has announced to observe day of mourning in Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Friday to condemn massive human rights violations in the Indian Occupied Kashmir.
Talking to media in Muzaffarabad on Thursday, he appealed ulema and religious scholars to highlight the plight of Kashmiri brethren in their sermons of Friday gatherings.
The State flag will hoist at half mast tomorrow while different protests and rallies will be taken out to express solidarity with the oppressed people of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Raja Farooq Haider Khan said that governments and people of Azad Kashmir and Pakistan are standing shoulder to shoulder with their brethren Kashmiris who are struggling for their internationally recognized right to self determination.
He also urged youth to highlight the deteriorating human rights situation in the Occupied Valley through the effective use of social media.
