Pakistan's candidate Syed Yawar Ali has been re-elected in Committee on Contributions at the United Nations.

Pakistan's Permanent Representative to the world body Munir Akram, in a felicitation message to Syed Yawar Ali, has expressed the hope that his presence on the Committee will help to ensure a fair scale of assessment for apportionment and budget planning.
