Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain has condemned attack on Parliament Lodges in the Federal Capital by a group of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) workers.

In a tweet, he said JUI-F Chief Fazl-ur-Rehman is behind the 'planned' attack and involved in hatching conspiracies against democratically elected government.

Information Minister also shared the video message from the Nazim of JUI's armed militia making an announcement that one of its groups had reached Islamabad.

Earlier, in another tweet, Information Minister said National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser had already ordered Islamabad Capital Territory police to take stern action against facilitators of the group involved in the attack.

Chaudhry Fawad said attackers and their facilitators would be dealt as per law.
