Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Haji Ghulam Ali has asked the provincial government to allocate sufficient funds for Elementary and Secondary Education Foundation in the forthcoming budget.

Addressing a function in Peshawar on Sunday, he said dispensation of justice is not possible in the society without providing education facilities to the poor and helpless children.
