In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the death toll has risen to twenty five while dozens have been injured due to wind storm and heavy rains in Lakki Marwat, Karak and Bannu districts.

According to Director General Rescue 1122, rescue operation was underway to shift the injured to hospitals.

Meanwhile, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Haji Ghulam Ali has directed the Red Crescent officials to send relief teams for rain and wind storm affected districts of the province.

Provincial Disaster Management Authority Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has released forty million rupees for the victims of rain and wind storm of district Bannu.
