Dr. Rasul Bakhsh Rais (IR Expert): CPEC is a project that envisions lot of positive changes for Pakistan and the region. The project will help put Pakistan on the road to development. Indian efforts to sabotage CPEC are doomed to fail. India cannot digest Pakistan's economic progress under the umbrella of this multibillion dollar project. The project has assumed special significance after joining of several Central Asian countries. Both Pakistan and China are committed to complete the CPEC related projects in time.
Dr. Amna Mehmood (IR Expert): There are some regional elements that are envious of Pakistan's growing economic status. China is not oblivious to India's malicious agenda. Beijing has countered Indian aggression in Laddakh very effectively. India is trying to sabotage peace in Pakistan through its nefarious plans and state sponsored terrorism. It is need of the hour to arrange our house in order to counter the challenges imposed by our enemies. No one should be able to sabotage CPEC that is a game changer. India is fanning sectarianism in Pakistan to disturb peace and stability in the country. Islamabad's diplomatic approach is very effective and Prime Minister has declared himself as an ambassador of Kashmiris. Pakistan is committed to highlight the issue of Kashmir at every international forum. Pakistan must act aggressively instead of staying defensive. The United States has always used India as a proxy to counter China's growing influence. We expect from the new US administration to revise its policy towards South Asia. The issue of Kashmir must be resolved in accordance with the UN resolutions. The world must realize that any confrontation between the two nuclear states can bring catastrophic consequences. Strong economy and unity are necessary to resolve the issue of Kashmir.
Dr. A. Z. Hilali (IR Expert): India misses no chance to sabotage peace in Pakistan. Fascist Modi regime is envious of Pakistan's improving economy and investment potential. India is habitual of creating problems for Pakistan at international level. India is blinded by its desire to dominate the region. New Delhi’s hegemonic designs are posing a serious threat to regional peace and stability. India has always created hurdles in the way of regional development. New Delhi’s deteriorating ties with other regional countries indicate India's failed foreign policy. Modi is directing India towards regional and global isolation. Pakistan has always desired peaceful ties with all neighboring countries. However, India must revise its expansionist policies. Pakistan is a source of inspiration for other regional countries. Successful completion of CPEC is in the best interest of the entire region. The world must impose economic and diplomatic sanctions on India to stop New Delhi’s state sponsored terrorism.
Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Raza Muhammad Khan (Defense Analyst): Pakistan has provided sufficient evidence to the world and the United Nations about India's state sponsored terrorism. India wants to jeopardize economic activities in Pakistan. CPEC is a game changing project for Pakistan as well as other countries. We urge Afghanistan to join CPEC and take benefit of this multi-billion dollar project. Russia has appreciated the idea of regional connectivity through CPEC. The Trump administration used India to contain China's increasing influence. Biden administration in the United States must take notice of worst Indian atrocities in IIOJK.
