A book launching ceremony of book titled "Taqseem se Taqseem Tak" was held in Lahore today [Saturday].

The novel has been penned by Nahaid Sultan Mirza.

Famous writer Mustansar Hussain Tarar was  Chief guest of the ceremony  .

Addressing a ceremony,  the Chief GuestMustansar Hussain Tarar said the novel is based on the partition and migration of people caught in Dhaka fall in 1971.He said that literature  depicts the life of people in a real sense and advised  critics to give their honest opinion regarding books.

He admired the work and style of new writers and encouraged them to work more efficiently.

On her part, novelist Nahaid Sultan Mirza said that she tried her level best to show the pain ,problems  and suffering faced by people from 1947 to  1971 in East and West Pakistan.

She said that it is a duty of writers to work for peace  and shed the light of real history, rather than of fake stories.Renowned novelist and Drama Writer Amna Mufti expressed the hope that this novel will become trendsetter in the Urdu Literature.
