Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) has taken important steps for the development of agriculture sector.

With the support of Green Corporate Initiative (GCI), a major shift has been made from traditional farming to corporate-style agriculture. The successful strategy of GCI has been instrumental in providing farmers with quality fertilizers and seeds, leading to increased production.

One hundred and fifty thousand acres of land has been irrigated in Punjab for agri production through modern water management.    

Model farms established in Pirwal and Muzaffargarh will educate farmers regarding modern agricultural techniques.
