Federal Minister for Science and Technology, Khalid Hussain Magsi has called upon the engineering fraternity to spearhead Pakistan’s journey toward technological advancement, innovation, and sustainable development.

In his keynote address at the inauguration of the fifty-first Governing Body meeting of the Pakistan Engineering Council in Bhurban on Saturday, he emphasized the importance of innovation and emerging technologies in shaping Pakistan’s future.

The Minister said engineering curricula are being revised to match evolving industrial demands and to integrate technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and the Internet of Things.

He said new initiatives are also underway to increase internship and certification opportunities for youth in both public and private sectors.
