Intermittent rain with snowfall over the hills continues in Upper Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
According to Met Office Spokesperson, maximum rainfall recorded across the country was forty-eight millimeter in Rawlakot.
The rainfall recorded in some other parts are:-
Murree 46 mm, Rawalpindi and Islamabad 41 mm and Kotli 39 mm.
The Snowfall is also recorded in Neelum Valley, Skardu, Chitral and Murree.
The lowest temperature recorded was minus nine degree centigrade in Qalat, Balochistan.
The current rain spell in the country will persist for another two days.
Meanwhile, plain areas of Punjab are covered with heavy fog.
