Punjab Disaster Management Authority has issued heatwave alert, warning of extreme temperatures across the province.

According to a spokesman of the authority, the temperature in Southern Punjab areas will remain six to eight degree centigrade more than usual while in Upper Punjab areas, temperature will remain four to six degree centigrade higher than usual from tomorrow to 18th of this month.
