Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal has called for stern efforts to bring financial stability of the country.

Addressing the convocation Hub in Islamabad on Thursday evening, he stressed the need for shunning conflicts, cannibalization and other political discretions to strengthen the national economy.

He said economic stability is vital to restore and revive the past glory.  

Ahsan Iqbal said if political stability and policies continue with same spirit the country economy will become of one trillion dollars by 2035.

The Minister said the country has been out of the problems and now our focus is on the journey of development.   

Ahsan Iqbal said youth is our real power and urged them to equip themselves with latest technologies to combat the current challenges as the government is distributing laptops among students to familiar them with Information Technology revolution. 

He asked the students to focus on their studies and regretted that most of the youth are wasting their precious times by using the social media.

The Minister said the students should utilize their energies in constructive and positive modules based on their study.

About political situation of the country, he said the previous government has put the country of agenda of destruction.

The Minister hoped that the upcoming governments will continue the positive polices of present governments for betterment of the country.
