Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb met Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi today.

The economic problems of the country, dualization of the Mehran Highway and other matters came under discussion during the meeting.

On the occasion, the Chief Minister stated that the provincial government has released 7 billion rupees for the construction of Jamshoro-Sehwan Highway and the federal government is yet to release the funds for its completion.

The Finance Minister assured the Chief Minister of release of the funds for the ongoing work on the roads and other projects under the Public Sector Development Programme in the province.
