Federal Minister for Railways, Sheikh Rasheed has reiterated the commitment to complete the upgradation of ML-1 from Karachi to Peshawar with the support of China.

Talking to the media persons in Rawalpindi on Friday, he said China is a time tested friend of Pakistan and it is ready to help Pakistan in the upgradation of the ML-1.

The Minister said that Russia has also shown interest in the Main Line-3 and the upgradation of Railways factories. He said Pakistan welcomes foreign investment in the Railways.
