Special Madadgaar teams have been formed in the Grief Counseling Cell, consisting of army officers and psychological experts. These teams visit the martyr's ancestral home to offer condolences.

The psychologists in the team conduct detailed meetings with the martyr's family members to assess their mental stress, and provide support for their treatment.

The Grief Counseling Cell team collects information regarding the economic, social, housing, and educational needs of the families.

The families of the martyrs are informed about the benefits and facilities available to them.
