UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has urged the international community to cultivate a culture of peace across the globe.

Speaking at the annual Peace Bell Ceremony UN Headquarters in New York, the UN Chief urged the international institutions to respond to war, growing inequalities and use of new technologies as weapons.
