Lt Gen Raza Muhammad Khan (Defense Analyst):It is a positive sign that our government, people of Pakistan and armed forces are facing terrorists with great courage and bravery. There are some B category areas in Balochistan where only Balochistan levy was deployed but they did not have training and weapons to fight against the terrorists therefore as per strategy Balochistan Levy has been merged in the police. Moreover, terrorists have NATO left sophisticated weapons and we are preparing our police in Khyber Pukhtunkhwa to fight them out. Now nation and civil society will have to jointly face terrorists and hopefully terrorists will be wiped out from Pakistan. Security agencies are quite well informed about countries and groups who are supporting and promoting terrorism in Pakistan. I think that we must not engage in dialogue with terrorist groups because this strategy did not produce desired results in the past therefore we must tend to wipe the terrorists out.
