Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has invited the U.S. investors to invest in diverse sectors in the province.

Talking to delegation from the U.S. Congress in Lahore today, she said provincial government is taking special measures to promote foreign investment in the province.

She underlined need to enhance exchanges between delegations at the parliamentary level. She said all-out facilities are being provided to investors under a “One Window” platform through Special Investment Facilitation Council.

Meanwhile, a delegation of Economic Cooperation Organization, led by Secretary General Asad Majeed Khan also called on Punjab Chief Minister in Lahore.

Talking to delegation, Maryam Nawaz expressed her government's commitment for promoting the tourism sector as a new industry.

She said provincial government is upgrading tourist spots across the province and providing every possible facility to tourists.

The ECO delegation praised Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and her team for their efforts in enhancing the city’s beauty, cultural revival and tourism promotion.
