The United Nations says aid access in Gaza is at a low point with deliveries to parts of the besieged north of the enclave all but impossible.
Spokesperson for the U.N Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs Jens Laerke at a news briefing in Geneva said chaos, suffering, despair, death, destruction, displacement are at a high point.
He also voiced concern about north Gaza where residents have been ordered to head south as Israeli forces' more than month-long incursion continues.
