In Tonga, massive underwater volcanic eruption has flooded Pacific coastlines from Japan to the United States.

In a statement, the US National Tsunami Warning Center warned that California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska and the Canadian province of British Columbia are all expected to be affected from the eruption.

Earlier, the United States US and Japan earlier warned people to move away from coastal areas.
