Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry has said that intelligence-based operations are continuing across the country to eliminate terrorist networks.

Addressing a news conference in Islamabad today, he said around 200 intelligence-based operations are conducted daily in Pakistan.

Talal Chaudhry said Afghan soil is being used for terrorism in Pakistan, while a terror-crime nexus is facilitating terrorist activities in the country.

He further said the so-called Awami Action Committee in Azad Kashmir was declared proscribed on the basis of concrete evidence.
