Chief Minister Khalid Khurshid has directed the home department to submit a summary for approval of payment of compensation to the flood-affectees in Gilgit-Baltistan.

This he said while presiding over a meeting in Gilgit to review rehabilitation work of flood-affectees.

Khalid Khursheed said the GB Government had imposed an emergency in flood affected areas.

The meeting approved to start emergency work in all the flood-affected areas including Ghizer, Diamer, Nagar.
