Pakistan will launch its first fully indigenous Electro-Optical Satellite today.

The satellite EO-1 made by Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission will be launched from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Centre in China.

Designed and developed entirely by Pakistani engineers, EO-1

satellite is expected to provide substantial benefits across various sectors, including agriculture, environmental monitoring, urban planning, and disaster management.
