India's motive behind Pahalgam false flag operation stands exposed as it has unilaterally suspended the Indus Waters Treaty under the pretext of this operation.      

According to sources, India cannot terminate this treaty unilaterally as this is a blatant violation of Article 12(4) of the Treaty which provides that the agreement cannot be terminated unless both countries agree in writing.                          

Even apart from the Indus Waters Treaty, an upper riparian country as India in this case, cannot stop water to a lower riparian country like Pakistan.            

India resorted to water aggression after accusing Pakistan of the Pahalgam attack without any evidence or research.     

Sources added that by suspending this international agreement with World Bank as its guarantor, India is also making other agreements, doubtful.  

Sources further said that India, through such actions is trying to divert attention from its internal situation which is out of control and volatile.
