Pakistan's Ambassador to the US Rizwan Saeed Sheikh has said that Pakistan's armed forces and two hundred and fifty million people stood like a solid wall in the face of Indian aggression.

Addressing an event organized in connection with Youm-e-Tashakkur at Pakistan's Embassy in Washington DC, he said Bunyan-um-Marsoos shattered the prideful illusions into dust. He said despite successes and superiority, our armed forces upheld the desire for peace.

The Ambassador said Indian rulers have repeatedly and openly expressed their long-standing desire for regional dominance.

The map of Akhand Bharat  displayed in the Indian Parliament is a clear and undeniable proof of their expansionist ambitions. He said this conduct is based on a terrorist ideology of Hindutva.

Rizwan Saeed Sheikh reiterated Pakistan's stance that any aggression against Pakistan will be met with a full and resolute response.
