In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, All Parties Hurriyat Conference has urged UN Secretary General to stop Indian cultural aggression on a Muslim majority territory whose political future is yet to be decided in accordance with the UN resolutions.

In a press release in Srinagar, APHC spokesman said Narendra Modi-led fascist Indian regime, in violation of UN resolutions on Kashmir, abrogated Articles 35A and 370 to change the demography of IIOJK.

He said in order to fulfil this nefarious agenda, the Hindu bureaucracy has replaced Muslim officers and termination of government employees has been initiated to take full control of the administration.

In their separate statements in Srinagar, Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference, Shabbir Ahmed Dar, and Jammu and Kashmir Employees Movement said India is using every brutal tactic to intimidate and harass the Kashmiris to strengthen its illegal occupation over Jammu and Kashmir.

Meanwhile, an analytical report released by Kashmir Media Service on International Justice Day being observed across the world, today says Kashmiris continue to suffer under Indian colonialism.

It said Kashmiris continue to face deepening discrimination and injustice on the part of India.

The report said Indian troops enjoying impunity under draconian laws are committing grave human rights abuses, in fact, war crimes to suppress the Kashmiris’ just struggle to secure freedom from Indian yoke.

It said Indian courts have not punished even a single Indian soldier or policeman involved in war crimes in IIOJK.

It said Indian judiciary without fulfilling the basic requirements of justice sentenced Kashmiri liberation leaders, Muhammad Maqbool Butt and Muhammad Afzal Guru, just for being Kashmiris.
