Talks to seal a deal for ceasefire in Gaza will be held in Cairo next week.

In a statement, the United States, Egypt and Qatar said talks in Doha were constructive and conducted in a positive atmosphere.

White House National Security spokesperson John Kirby called the talks an important step.
