Minister for Planning, Development and Reform Khusro Bakhtiar has said that government is committed to introduce structural reforms and devise sound economic policies to put economy on consistent growth trajectory.

He said this during his visit to World Bank Country office in Islamabad today (Friday) where he was received by the Country Director of the World Bank.

He said the present government is focused on improving the life of common man by formulating people-centric policies and implementing welfare initiatives.

Khusro Bakhtiar emphasized that efforts will be made to boost agro-based economic activities to accelerate poverty alleviation.
