Maulana Tahir Ashrafi  (Special Representative to PM on Religious Harmony)  This is the success of the whole Muslim Ummah. This is the pride for Pakistan and the Pakistani Nation for their inputs regarding this. So the whole the country is celebrating this pleasure with complete zeal as the day of gratitude. Our government has played its pivotal role for this. The Ulema also thanked the sincere efforts of the Government and the Muslim countries. We hope it will bring further success and harmony. This will prove the solid measure to forbid those people making the hurting sketches. 

Dr Qibla Ayaz  ( Chairman Council of Islamic Ideology)  The resolution of the UN about Islamophobia is the positive initiative. The efforts of the Imran Khan's Government are appreciable. It is justified to celebrate "Yoam e Tashakker" today. This is the essential part of the UN Charter to harmonize the world and prevailing peace in every nook and corner. Religion should only be the source of peace and not for creating the conflicts among the nations. The mutual respect to make the exemplary society. It is UN's great contribution for the global future. 

A M Shahid (Former Ambassador) This is the biggest challenge not only for Pakistan but also for the region as well as for the whole world. Because after coming of the Taliban Government there, none of the country has recognized them and the state is not in the functional position. So Islamic Ummah which consists of more than 57 countries they will review not only the Muslim countries but also other 5 countries which are participating including world Bank and others international organizations are invited. So, we expect that there should be some consensus to how to go about to help Afghanistan there. As OIC is the second largest organization after the UN. But it doesn't have the mechanism to enforce its resolutions but Pakistan foreign office and diplomatic efforts have been consistent to raise the Kashmir issue and Palestine on every forum including OIC. This is the success of our diplomacy for raising the not only the issues but urged on India to resolve this issue. They have codenamed the Indian state terrorism and this should be ended. This 48th session after 2007 gaping 15 years is very important for both Kashmir as well as the Palestine issue. This is the clear message to the international community by conducting at huge level that Pakistan is capable enough to do well for the global perspective. 

Dr Huma Baqai (IR Expert) This summit has the quite difference as comparing we have seen in the past. As it happening in Pakistan after two decades and after the resolution on Islamophobia tabled by Pakistan in UN. It most significance kind of resolution than the past and also for both the core issues Kashmir and the Palestine as well as the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan and war torn Ukraine. I hope the political polarization in Islamabad will not impact this important session. Though the situation is not pretty, I hope both the Government and the opposition will resolve their issue through discussions. So, this important summit could prove successful for bringing the long lasting results for the whole Muslim Ummah.
