The 23rd death anniversary of famous singer and actress of the '40s, Khursheed Begum was observed on Thursday.

She was born in Chunian, district Kasur 1914.

She made her acting debut with Laila Majnoo in 1931.

Khursheed Begum played leading roles in 37 movies and sang some delectable numbers.
