Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Mohammad Yousaf has said at least eighty-nine thousand people of the country will perform Hajj this year under the government scheme.

Talking to media persons in Karachi on Friday, he said in this regard the complete training of the people for performing Hajj is necessary.

The Minister said a road to Makkah facility will be available from Karachi.

He said that the Saudi authorities will be requested to also provide a road to the Makkah facility from Peshawar airport.
