The district headquarters of South Waziristan Upper has been shifted from Tank to Ladha to facilitate the local people.

Following this relocation, a high-level meeting was convened to review arrangements for public service delivery from the new district headquarters in Ladha. 

The meeting was attended by Peshawar Corps Commander Lieutenant General Omer Ahmed Bukhari, Chief Secretary Shahab Ali Shah, and other senior civil and military officials.

The aim of the meeting was to ensure that all government departments operate effectively to serve the people without delay.

Local elders welcomed the decision, calling it a sign of progress and stability for the future of Waziristan.
