On the special directives of the Sindh government, special wards for heatstroke patients have been set up in Sindh Services Hospitals in Karachi including Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Centre and Civil Hospital.

The Health Department and Provincial Disaster Management Authority have also started the awareness campaign across the province.

According to the Sindh Health Department, the heatstroke is under control due to the precautionary measures taken by the public.
