Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar spoke this afternoon with Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty.

During the telephonic conversation, the Egyptian Foreign Minister congratulated Pakistan on the signing of Memorandum of Understanding between the United States and Iran.

He commended Pakistan's contribution to advancing peace and stability in the region and beyond.

The two leaders also noted the positive significance of this development for the global economic outlook.

They also discussed the forthcoming Regional Four (R-4) Foreign Ministers' Meeting (Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Egypt), to be held in Al Alamein, Egypt, in the coming days.
