Punjab is leading at the points table after winning seventy-two Gold Medals in Quaid-e-Azam Inter-Provincial Games, which are underway at Jinnah Stadium, Pakistan Sports Complex in Islamabad.
According to details, Punjab is leading at the points table with 72 Gold Medals, 47 Silver and 35 Bronze Medals with a total tally of 154 Medals.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is runner up with 22 Gold, 27 Silver and 35 Bronze Medals.
Balochistan is at third place securing 14 Gold, 13 Silver and 28 Bronze Medals.
Sindh is at fourth position bagging 13 Gold Medals 23 Silver and 26 Bronze Medals, while Federal Capital Islamabad is at 5th position by winning 5 Gold, 11 Silver and 35 Bronze Medals.
According to points table, Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan are on 6th position winning one Gold Medal each.
Around 2,000 male and female players and athletes are featuring in a total of 15 disciplines, including Athletics, Badminton, Boxing, Football, Hockey, Judo, Kabaddi, Karate, Squash, Swimming, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Volleyball, Weightlifting and Wrestling.
The closing ceremony of the Quaid-e-Azam Inter-Provincial Games will be held at Liaquat Gymnasium in Islamabad tomorrow (Thursday) in the afternoon.
